Order details — name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, and the products you purchase.
Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Marketing preferences — your email address if you join our list or waitlist, and how you interact with our emails.
Website usage — standard analytics and advertising data (pages viewed, device, approximate location) collected via cookies and pixels such as Meta and Google.

How we use it

To process and deliver your order and send order updates.
To provide customer support and honour our 60-day guarantee.
To send marketing emails you have opted into. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
To measure and improve our website and advertising.

Who we share it with

Only service providers we need to run the business: Stripe (payments), our CRM and email platform, shipping carriers, and advertising platforms for measurement. We do not sell your personal information.
